An automated cyber incident response capability for Department of War, Defense Industrial Base, and Federal, State, Local, Tribal and Territorial programs. It correlates signals into a single incident, decides the containment warranted, and proposes it inside authority a named human granted in advance. Binding that grant to the commander's PIV/CAC signature is the design and is not yet implemented, so today no grant covers anything and every action routes to a human. It holds no credential on any customer system: execution runs in a separate layer (REL AI™) that verifies the grant and can roll back, and scope comes from Enclave AI™. Every decision and action is written to an append-only hash-chained ledger before it takes effect. There is no auto-approve mode, and no configuration creates one.
In development. Built and unit-tested, in memory: the authority gate, the hash-chained ledger, the correlation engine, the containment bounds, and the REL command contract, whose signed-grant digest is proven byte-identical to REL's own. NOT built: PIV/CAC signing and the verifier that would check a signature against real trust anchors, so the shipped verifier covers no grant and every action routes to a human; persistence, so state is in memory only; the network transport into REL; detection connectors; investigation and compliance reporting. Nothing is deployed in any customer environment and no part of it has processed real data. Do not describe the authority model as proven end to end: the single end-to-end test substitutes a test verifier for the signature check. No customer or agency is named anywhere, and no adoption or performance figures exist, because there are none.
